Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policies:

In most cases, orders are shipped within 4 business days.  If you are ordering products with different shipping dates (indicated in red font) on the same order, your order will be shipped when all products are available.  If you would like the in-stock products to be shipped right away, please place a separate order for these items.

We are happy to ship worldwide!  Your shipping charge is calculated based on three factors:  the weight of the product(s) you are ordering, the shipping address, and the speed of delivery you select.  To receive a shipping quote, simply place the desired product(s) in your shopping cart and begin the check-out process.  Your choice of shipping methods, their costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed after entering the shipping address for your order.

For US addresses, you may select delivery by Priority Mail, Express Mail, or Parcel Post (ground transportation) from the United States Postal Service (USPS).  The shipping cost and estimated delivery time for each service is provided during the check-out process.  Please note that the estimated delivery time provided by the USPS is in addition to the time we need to process your order for shipment.  Unfortunately, the USPS can not guarantee overnight delivery by Express Mail to all US addresses.  If you select Parcel Post for your shipment, please allow two extra days for your order to ship, as these packages are not routinely picked up by our carrier.  Also, please note that delivery by Parcel Post can be quite slow, sometimes taking up to 30 business days.  To avoid delays in receiving holiday gifts, we do not offer delivery by Parcel Post during the month of December.  If you need your order in a timely manner, we do not recommend selecting Parcel Post as your shipping method.  We will upgrade your Parcel Post shipment to Priority Mail whenever possible.  Unfortunately, we are not able to ship with the United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fedex.

Orders shipped to US addresses that require larger packaging (box measuring more than 12 x 12 x 12) may require additional shipping, and we reserve the right to adjust your shipping charge if necessary.  The USPS dimensional weight pricing usually applies only to orders for more than one Canyon Group robe that are shipped by Priority Mail to certain zones within the United States.  Please email us if you wish to know whether the dimensional weight pricing will apply to your order.  Should we need to adjust your shipping charge, the new cost will be reflected on your invoice.

Packages sent to destinations outside of the United States will ship by USPS Priority Mail International and will usually be delivered within 4-10 business days.  Unfortunately, international delivery times are never guaranteed due to the time necessary for your package to clear customs in your country, which can vary from a few hours to several weeks.  We do complete all customs forms accurately, and any fees charged by customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are sent with a delivery confirmation number, which will be provided to you in an email from the USPS at the time of shipment.  Please note that your delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number and may be scanned only at delivery.  Orders totaling $250 or more may require a signature for delivery.  Effective March 1, 2011, signature confirmation will be added to all orders totaling $250 or more, at a cost of $2.55.

The "ship date" of your order does not necessarily mean your package has entered the postal system.  Packages shipped during afternoon, evening, and weekend hours may not enter the postal system until the next business day. 

Please note that delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service and may vary during the holiday season and other peak periods. 

Insurance is optional on packages to US destinations and required for all international destinations.  Packages without insurance can not be reimbursed or replaced should they be lost or damaged while in transit to your shipping destination.

As an environmentally-friendly company, we recycle clean shipping boxes whenever possible.

Return/Exchange Policies:

Rose Garden Boutique is pleased to offer a generous return/exchange policy for our products!  All Canyon Group and Munki Munki products may be returned or exchanged if received back within 30 calendar days of your order date (to assist with holiday shopping, Canyon Group and Munki Munki products ordered from November 1st through December 14th will be granted an extended return/exchange time frame and must be received back by January 15th).  Berek sweaters may be returned or exchanged if received back within 14 calendar days of your order date.  Because these seasonal sweaters are in limited quantities from the manufacturer, an exchange is not always possible.  Holiday sweaters ordered within 28 calendar days of the actual holiday are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged.  Please request sizing information to ensure you select the correct size.

Please note that boxes of Canyon Group chenille fabric scraps are non-returnable, final sales.

Any product sent back for return or exchange must be in perfect, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.  We will not accept a product back for return or exchange that has had the original tag removed and then re-attached.  Beginning in February, 2012, an RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges postmarked for return to us on or after February 1, 2012.  To receive an RMA number for your order, please send an email to the email address on your invoice, which must include your order number and reason for return (i.e, too large, too small, color, quality, changed mind, etc).  Within 1 business day, you will receive an email reply containing your RMA number, which will be a 16 digit code unique to your order, (i.e., 1111-2222-33333333).  This code must be written on the outside of your returned package on the same side as the address label.  Packages received back with a missing or incorrect RMA number can not be accepted and will be returned to you.

To avoid a 20% re-stocking fee, any product sent back for return or exchange must be neatly folded, wrapped in tissue paper, and returned in a clean shipping package.  We recommend you save the original packaging for this purpose.  If you purchased gift packaging with your order, this product and service is not returnable, so please do not include the gift box in your return package.  Please send your return/exchange to the Rose Garden Boutique address printed on your invoice and include a copy of your invoice in the package.  Please do not use adhesive tape to attach anything (invoice, tissue paper, etc.) to the product being returned.  Because tape can cause damage when it is detached, we will not accept a product for return or exchange if adhesive tape has been placed directly on the product.  The cost to mail your package back to us is your responsibility.  Your name and return address must be on the shipping label of your returned package, along with the RMA number issued for your order.  Please select a return shipping service that will guarantee delivery to us within the time frame specified above for the product(s) being returned.  Please do not require a signature for delivery of your return package, as this may delay delivery of your package.  Packages delivered beyond the time frame of our return policy will not be accepted.

For returns, a credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will be issued to the same credit card used to place the order.  Please allow two business days for your return to be processed.  The shipping charge for your order is non-refundable.  Should you return a product that was shipped to you free of charge, our cost to ship your order will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, please indicate on your invoice the product name, size, and color you would like to receive for your exchange.  Please check availability on our website to ensure we can accommodate your exchange request.  Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of your returned package and shipped to you within 2 business days by USPS Priority Mail, the cost of which will be charged to your credit card.  To ensure your selection is available for your exchange, you may wish to place a new order for your exchange selection now, rather than waiting for your returned package to arrive back to us.  You may also choose to place a new order for your exchange selection if you would like to "reset" the time frame of our return policy for this product with a new order date.  Should you need to exchange a product that was shipped to you free of charge (either advertised with free shipping or by using a free shipping promotional coupon), the cost to ship your exchange will be charged to your credit card.  Thank you for understanding that a free shipping promotion is only for the original product ordered and is not applicable for exchanges.

If you received a product from us as a gift, please contact the original purchaser to assist you with your return or exchange.

Any product received back that does not meet our criteria for return or exchange will be returned at the customer's expense.

Any package received back as refused or unclaimed will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.  The cost to ship the package is not refundable, and any return service costs charged by the USPS will be deducted from your refund.  Any package received back due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense if a corrected address is provided or refunded less a 20% restocking fee.  The cost to ship the package is not refundable, and any return service costs charged by the USPS will be deducted from your refund.  Insured packages that are refused or unclaimed and become lost or damaged while in transit back to us are no longer eligible for insurance coverage.

All of our products are ordered directly by us from the manufacturers and are new for the current season.  We never sell factory imperfect "seconds," manufacturers' overstock, or other excess products.  Because none of the manufacturers whose products we sell offers a warranty or guarantee on their apparel products, we can not be responsible for damage, color bleed, or any other mishap that may occur once your item has been worn and/or washed.

Significant changes to our shipping and return policies are posted 30 calendar days before their effective date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on special orders, nor can we make exceptions to our return and exchange policies.
